§ 10-1303. CLEAN AIR PROGRAM ESTABLISHMENT, DUTIES AND FUNDING.

(a) The Fresno Clean Air Advisory Committee shall oversee the implementation of the provisions of this Chapter, including developing strategies and assisting with the research, evaluation of and expansion of the alternative fueling network in the City of Fresno, assisting with City Departments financing of Low, or Zero Emission vehicles and performing outreach to residents and private sector fleet operators to encourage the purchase of Low and Zero Emission vehicles and technologies, promoting automobile trip reduction by City employees, developing educational programs to train City employees in the use of Low Emission, Ultra-Low and Zero Emission Vehicles and technologies and in techniques that reduce fuel consumption, encouraging the development of car-sharing programs, as well as other transportation control measures.
