§ 10-412. ZONING AND FIRE CODE REQUIREMENTS.

No permit shall be issued unless the applicant can establish compliance with the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Fresno and the Fresno Fire Code. All permits shall include a condition requiring the permit holder to comply with the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Fresno and the Fresno Fire Code. A violation of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Fresno or the Fresno Fire Code is sufficient basis for suspension or revocation of the permit.
