§ 10-50102.13. APPLICATION OF PERFORMANCE CODE FOR BUILDINGS AND FACILITIES.

102.13. Application of Performance Code for Buildings and Facilities. Where application is made to the fire code official for approval of alternative equivalent designs, performance-based designs or other designs under 104.9 of the Fresno Fire Code, in new or existing buildings, the 2015 edition of the International Code Council Performance Code for Buildings and Facilities is hereby adopted. This code shall regulate and govern the alternative equivalent design, performance-based design, other design where applicable, construction, alteration, modification, extension, quality of materials, erection, installation, alteration, repair, location, relocation, replacement, addition to, improvement of, use or maintenance of, building and/or fire protection systems, components, equipment and materials.
