1104.7.1. Door Swing.
When, in the opinion of the fire code official, it is essential for public safety
in any existing building or occupancy, because of the number of persons served, or
the nature of the operation, an owner, agent or lessee shall install doors that swing
in the direction of egress travel, as required and approved when such places are open
to the public, or when such operation is being conducted.
