§ 12-1504. APPLICABILITY.

This article applies to new industrial development fees which fall due after its effective date in the M-1 -P, M-1, M-2, or M-3 zone districts. This article prevails over any other inconsistent provision of this Code. This article shall not be interpreted to impose additional requirements not required by other provisions of this code.
