§ 12-1707. RIGHT OF APPEAL.

The decision of the Director of the Development and Resource Management Department may be appealed to the City Council within ten days. Hearings before the City Council shall be scheduled by the City Clerk for a date not less than ten days but not more than ninety days from the date the appeal is filed.
