§ 12-1711. NOTICE AND HEARING BEFORE CANCELLATION OF CONTRACT.

  • No contract shall be canceled under Section 12-1710 until after the city has given notice of, and has held, a public hearing on the matter. Notice of the hearing shall be mailed to the last known address of each owner of property within the historic zone and shall be published pursuant to Government Code Sections 6060 and 6061.
