§ 12-2302. PURPOSE.

The purpose of this Act is to streamline the business/development approval process, making the process more transparent and user friendly, while increasing accountability at City Hall to provide efficient customer service. The provisions of this Act shall not apply to publicly-funded infrastructure projects being led by other public agencies or rail projects.
