§ 12-2307. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION SURVEY.

The city shall implement a voluntary customer satisfaction survey developed jointly by a committee of public and private representatives that shall be available for completion by every applicant. Surveys may be completed online, or submitted in hard copy to the City Manager's office.
