§ 12-706. INTERIM PERIOD.

In the event of the setting of a hearing before the Commission for the purpose of adopting an official plan line map as herein provided for, no permit shall be issued for any structure not complying with the official plan line map as proposed on any property fronting, facing, or located adjacent to such street as indicated on said proposed map for a period of ninety days, or until the Council has acted upon the matter whichever is earliest.
