Any person proposing to make an excavation or do any street work described in Section 13-202 which requires a permit shall file a signed application with the City of Fresno on
a form specified by the City. The Council shall establish in the Master Fee Resolution
a schedule of fees for filing of applications and engineering, inspection, staking,
and other services to be rendered by the City in connection with work to be performed
under the terms of this article. Upon the filing of an application to do street work,
the applicant shall pay to the city the applicable fees. (Rep. and Added Ord. 6667,
