§ 13-211. ABANDONMENT OF DRIVEWAY APPROACHES.

Before a permit of occupancy may be issued to, or a building may be occupied by, any person, the property owner shall remove any unused existing driveway approaches and reconstruct the sidewalk, curb and gutter displaced by the driveway approach to coincide with the adjacent sidewalk, curb and gutter in accordance with the provisions of this article.
