§ 3-112. LEAVE FOR PHYSICAL EXAMINATIONS, [MEDICAL TREATMENT], AND ATTENDANCE AT [WORKERS' COMPENSATION APPEALS BOARD] HEARINGS.

  • Employees who have been injured in the course and scope of their employment with the city and who are required, as a result of such injury, to be absent from duty to undergo medical examinations or treatment authorized by the city's workers' compensation administrator or the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board or to attend hearings of the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board may be granted leaves with pay for such absences by the Director when such absences are determined to be in the best interest of the city.
