§ 3-124. TRANSPARENCY IN CITY GOVERNMENT.

(a)

It is the policy of the City, in order to safeguard City funds and provide for transparency and accountability, that there be full disclosure and comparative analysis of the terms, conditions and compensation applicable to employment of, contracting for, and services of its officers, employees, elected officials and consultants.

(b)

Council may establish by resolution policies and procedures to implement this section.
