§ 3-244. PRESERVATION OF EXAMINATION PAPERS.

Examination papers of each examination shall be preserved by the Director for the life of the list created by such examination. The examination papers of an eligible certified for appointment shall be open to the inspection of the appointing officer during such time as the said papers are on file in the office of the Director.
