§ 3-316. DUTY OF MEMBER OR BENEFICIARY.

Each member and beneficiary shall be subject to all revisions hereof and to all the rules and regulations adopted by the Board, and shall furnish to the Board such information affecting his status as a member or beneficiary of the System as the Board may require.
