§ 5-401. RULES AND REGULATIONS.

(a)

The Director of Aviation ("Director") may make such rules and regulations as are not inconsistent with the provisions of this article, and as may be necessary or desirable to aid in the administration or enforcement of this article and Airport operations.

(b)

All persons on Airport property shall be governed by applicable laws, this article, and rules and regulations of the Director.
