§ 6-108. VACANCIES.

No allowance reducing a utility service charge shall be made for vacancies in either single or multiple dwelling units in the computation of charges for utility services thereto unless the water service to the property is turned off by the city, except as provided in Section 6-313 when premises are physically disconnected from the sanitary sewer system.
