§ 6-111. RESTORATION OR DISCONTINUANCE OF WATER SERVICE DURING OFF-HOURS.

Whenever water service is requested to be turned off for other than repairs, or on at any time, other than during normal city working hours, a special service charge shall be paid by the water customer or consumer. This charge shall be established by the Controller at an amount to reimburse the city for the direct and indirect costs of providing this special service.
