§ 6-218. OTHER MEANS OF DISPOSAL OR RECYCLING OF SEGREGATED RECYCLABLE MATERIALS.

Nothing in this chapter shall be deemed to limit the right of the individual person to donate and/or sell and/or otherwise lawfully dispose of or recycle his/her recyclable materials.
