§ 6-221. APPEALS.

Latest version.

Unless otherwise expressly provided by this Code, any person adversely and directly affected by any determination made or action taken by the Director pursuant to the provisions of this article may file an administrative appeal pursuant to chapter 1, article 4 of this Code. If no appeal is filed within the time prescribed, the determination or action of the Director shall be final.
