§ 6-535. DEPOSIT AND INSTALLATION CHARGES FOR TEMPORARY SERVICE.

  • (a)

    Deposits for the use of equipment and charges for the installation thereof shall be designated in the Master Fee Resolution.

    (b)

    The deposits required by this section shall be refunded to the customer upon the return of all equipment, provided that deductions shall be made for water service charges due, and for the cost of repair or replacement of damaged equipment. Failure to return all equipment no later than five days after termination of use or the expiration of the water permit may result in a forfeiture of all deposits.

    (c)

    Contractors using water in connection with city construction contracts shall not be required to make any deposit for the use of equipment.
