Any person, firm, corporation, association, or agency found to be violating any provisions
of this section or the terms and conditions of the user agreement, permit or any applicable
Federal, State, County, or City statute, regulation, resolution, ordinance or other
requirement may be subject to termination of the recycled water service without notice.
