§ 7-1210. OUT-OF-CITY REAL ESTATE BROKERS.

For every real estate broker who does not maintain an office or place of business within the city but who engages in the activities of acting as a real estate broker in the sale or lease of any property within the city, the license fee shall be as provided by Section 7-1207 of this Code.
