§ 7-1221. EXHIBITOR OF FEATS OF CHANCE OR SKILL.

  • An exhibitor of feats of chance or skill is defined as any person exhibiting or charging a compensation for the use of any microscope, telescope, lung or muscle tester, phonographic diversion, ball, knife or ring throwing, galvanic battery, or other feat, performance or diversion.
