An exhibitor of feats of chance or skill is defined as any person exhibiting or charging
a compensation for the use of any microscope, telescope, lung or muscle tester, phonographic
diversion, ball, knife or ring throwing, galvanic battery, or other feat, performance
or diversion. This section shall not apply to circuses, fairs or carnivals. (Orig.
