§ 7-405. ADOPTION OF RULES AND REGULATIONS BY REFERENCE.

The rules and regulations of the State Board of Equalization pertaining to the interpretation, administration and enforcement of the "Sales and Use Tax Law", insofar as applicable, shall apply to the interpretation of this article until specifically abandoned by the rules and regulations adopted by the Council pursuant to this article.
