§ 7-413. REGISTRATION OF SELLERS.

Every seller selling tangible personal property for use or other consumption in the City of Fresno to which the use tax is applicable under the provisions of this article, and who maintains a place of business in said city or acts through agents located in said city, shall register with the Controller and give the name and address of such agent or agents, if any, and office or other place of business in the city.
