§ 9-1817. TRANSFERABILITY AND ASSIGNABILITY.

No permit granted or issued under the provisions of this article shall be in any manner transferred or assigned, nor shall it authorize any person, other than is therein mentioned or named, to carry on the billiard room for which the permit was granted.
