§ 9-101. PERMITS REQUIRED.

All persons who carry on, or attempt to carry on any business, occupation or profession, shall procure a permit therefor, if required by this Code, and no person shall aid, assist or abet such persons in doing so without a permit. (Orig. Ord. 1076).
