§ 9-2403. DISPLAY OF NAME AND PERMIT STICKER.

It shall be unlawful for any permit holder to use, or allow to be used, any vehicle to collect and/or transport used or waste tires within the City of Fresno unless such vehicle displays the name of the permit holder in printing a minimum of two (2) inches high on both sides of the vehicle. A current permit sticker shall be placed on the vehicle as directed by the Fresno County, Department of Health. Common carriers hired by a permitted waste tire hauler are exempt from this section.
