§ 9-3008. PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION AND ENFORCEMENT REMEDIES.

(a)

A violation of this section shall constitute a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of $1,000.00 or by imprisonment for a period not to exceed six (6) months, or by both fine and imprisonment.
