§ 9-3206. DRIVERS LICENSE REQUIREMENT TO DRIVE OR OPERATE PEDICAB.

The Operator and the Onboard Safety Monitor of the pedicab shall be at least twenty-one years of age. It is unlawful for any individual to drive or operate a pedicab unless he or she is currently and validly licensed by the state of California to drive a motor vehicle. A pedicab driver shall have his or her current valid motor vehicle driver's license issued by the state of California on his or her person at all times while driving or operating a pedicab.
