No person operating, managing, conducting or maintaining any public automobile parking
lot or a public garage, or any person employed as an attendant at or in any public
automobile parking lot or public garage, shall park, stand, or store any motor vehicle
parked or stored therein, on, upon or across any public street, public sidewalk, public
alley, or other public place.
