§ 9-807. MANDATORY REVOCATION OF PUBLIC AUCTION OR JEWELRY AUCTION PERMIT.

The Controller shall revoke the applicant's auction permit upon violation of this article, and it shall thereafter be unlawful for any such person to conduct any auction sale unless he applies for and procures a new auction permit.
