§ 14-1209. STANDING IN BANK SERVICE ZONE.

No person shall stop, stand, or park a vehicle in any "bank service zone" for any purpose other than to conduct a banking transaction or waiting in line to conduct a banking transaction at a special device installed at the curb for that purpose under such restrictions and such time as determined by resolution of the Council.
