§ 14-1210. SCHOOL BUSES LOADING AND UNLOADING AT TRANSIT SYSTEM CURBSPACES.

School buses owned, or operated by a public school district, or operated under contract for a public school district, may load or unload passengers alongside curbspaces designated for the loading and unloading of passengers of the Fresno Transit System upon agreement between Fresno Transit and the public school district requesting such use, which agreement shall include indemnity, hold harmless, and liability coverage as determined by the City's Risk Management Division and approved by the City Attorney.
