§ 3-111. MILITARY LEAVE.

Employees shall be entitled to such military leaves of absence as are provided for by Division II, Part 1, Chapter 7 of the Military and Veterans Code of California, including such leaves with pay as are provided therein, and subject to the rights, benefits, and limitations provided therein and in the Charter and this Code pertaining to reinstatement in the city service.
