§ 5-406. AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS

  • (a)

    No person shall navigate any aircraft upon, fly aircraft from, or conduct any aircraft operations on or from the Airport otherwise than in conformance with the current Federal Aviation Administration and United State Department of Transportation Rules, and other federal laws, State law, this Code, and the rules and regulations of the Airport.

    (b)

    The pilot or person in charge of any aircraft involved in an accident shall immediately remove such aircraft and any wreckage or debris caused by such accident to a place designated by the Director unless such person is required by federal law or regulation to leave the same in place for investigation.

    (c)

    The Director may order the removal and/or impoundment of aircraft at the owner's expense upon a delinquency of and pending payment of fees under the Master Fee Resolution. If the aircraft is impounded, no owner, operator, lienholder, receiver or other trustee of such aircraft shall thereafter remove such aircraft without first paying all delinquent fees, the expenses of aircraft removal and impoundment incurred hereby, and any other applicable charges.
