§ 9-2405. WASTE TIRE MANIFEST.

(a) Tire dealers and waste tire haulers shall complete the applicable section of a Waste Tire Manifest (provided by the Fresno County Health Department) whenever used or waste tire are:

(1) collected from a tire dealer by a waste tire hauler;

(2) transported to a facility that receives used or waste tires for storage, processing, transformation or disposal;

(b) A copy of the applicable section of the Waste Tire Manifest shall be submitted by all tire dealers and waste tire haulers to the Fresno County Health Department within thirty (30) days of the date tires are transported.

(c) A copy of the Waste Tire Manifest shall accompany each shipment of used or waste tires being transported.

(d) Any fees for processing the Waste Tire Manifest shall be paid by the waste tire hauler. (Added Ord. 92-63, § 1 eff. 9-25-92).
