§ 9-2406. USE OF AUTHORIZED FACILITIES.

It shall be unlawful to transport used and waste tires to facilities which are not legally authorized by State or local regulations to accept tires for resale, recapping, recycling, processing, transformation, or disposal. Tire dealers and waste tire haulers shall retain copies of manifests and receipts or other appropriate documentation to verify that used or waste tires were transported to authorized facilities.
